

We are a family run business now in it's third generation. Stemming from a butcher shop based in Dundalk in the 1930's, we now operate from a custom built, export approved industrial premises based in Dundalk. With almost 100 years of providing meat to our ever growing customer base, we continually strive to satisfy the most discerning customer.
We are monitored by the FSAI so you can be assured our facility meets and exceeds the strictest of food safety standards. All our products are handled with the utmost care and delivered in our temperature controlled vans.
All our beef and lamb is of Irish origin and carefully selected to ensure our customers a consistent, quality product every time.
